Windows finds the path C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc.
On MacOS, find the path using Command + Shift + G
to display the folder access dialog. Then enter /etc in the search field and press Go to proceed. Copy the HOSTS file to the desktop for editing. Open the Host file using NOTEPAD or TEXT EDITOR for editing. Find and delete all lines related to Adobe (click view details to see the full HOSTS file that needs deleting).
After removing the lines blocking connections to Adobe, click save on the file and then copy it back to the system's HOSTS folder. Choose to overwrite to complete
Windows: Please find the keyword "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security." Then, locate the "Inbound" and "Outbound Rules" sections. Delete any rules that block PTS or are related to Adobe. Below is an example image.
MacOS: If you are using firewall blocking software, open those programs and delete any rules blocking Adobe apps. For example, in the image below, if your setup looks like this for Radio Silence, click the "x" to remove all blocks.
