Windows finds the path C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc.

On MacOS, find the path using Command + Shift + G to display the folder access dialog. Then enter /etc in the search field and press Go to proceed. Copy the HOSTS file to the desktop for editing. Windows: Please find the keyword "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security." Then, locate the "Inbound" and "Outbound Rules" sections. Delete any rules that block PTS or are related to Adobe. Below is an example image.

MacOS: If you are using firewall blocking software, open those programs and delete any rules blocking Adobe apps. For example, in the image below, if your setup looks like this for Radio Silence, click the "x" to remove all blocks.
